Road to CDA 06: Swim 1500/weights

Tues 3/21

Summary: Swim 1500 (30'), then full weight routine (45')

Swim: Cut short because I'm tired
500 wu in 8'
8 X 100/30, alternating pairs, pull and free. 1:23-26
200 cd in 3:00

Weights: Full set legs and upper. All 2 sets of 20 reps as in prior blogs.
